Me: Why am I not in shape yet?

Hopper: It doesn't work like that.

Me: But I've been working out regularly for more than two weeks! I feel like I should be done by now.

Hopper: That's why I don't exercise.

  1. I've just hopped on the kettlebell wagon! You should check them out if don't have one yet. 5 minutes of swinging the kettle bell and I've had a full body workout, complete with cardio!
